This is the Pintick Heart Button Blouse in pink by Angelic Pretty. It features heart shaped buttons up the front and also as an embellishment on the collar. The top heart button is functional, but the rest are merely decorative and the the shirt actually closes by means of small clear buttons on the back side (see photo). The collar has a row of hearts along the edge and heart lace. The sleeves have ribbon of lace along them and elastic so the stretch to put on and then you can cinch it in and them tighter if you want.Such a cute shirt!. See the reference link for size
