Hi, the flat measure of chest area for it is 80cm but since it is cutsew material, it stretches up to 100cm easily/without pulling overly hard. So I would expect it will fit the 96cm bust without any issues. However please not that while the body part is made of stretchy material, the sleeves are from chiffon so it is not that flexible (though it still quite generous in comparison to standard AP blouses).
