This is an Angelic Pretty pink skirt. If I lay the skirt down, it measures 33 cm at the waist, so it is quite small! Very minimal shirring to boot, just a tiny portion of one side, but might work for a person who is XS or Small. It's super easy to coord and a great basic piece for either people who are starting out or people who have been in it for a while.
