How much would shipping to the netherlands be? and does the waist stretch as well? or is 68 the max?

Hello ! Shipping to the Netherlands would be 15.20€ ! The waist can strech a little as my waist is 70cm. But it's not a full shirring so I recommand being 68cm or less ^__^
