In good condition. Bought with the waist elastic severely stretched, heavily wrinkled and with white staining on the front.

I've re-adjusted the waist with the original elastic to its original size, the elastic is still very flexible and can go up to a 32 inch waist max. The stitches where I re-pulled/sewn the elastic is shown in the images. The lace and waistties were matted/crunchy, so I've steamed and washed them multiple times in an attempt to soften/straighten them. There were a couple white spots on the front that I have mostly removed, all that's left is a light ring that may come out with more effort. Color is a washed out black, almost navy. It has a built in petti, the waisties are not removable 

As much as I've worked on this skirt I just don't see myself reaching for it much, hoping it goes to a good home. Its tag indicates its a late 90s/ early 2000s piece. I couldn't find a lolibrary link for it
