Minor damage for its age, though it has some staining. I tried gently removing them in the wash but could not remove most of them. If you have more experience with stain removal you may have better luck. I suspect it may be rust. I’ve looked it over, but I may have missed something.
This was the first Angelic Pretty item I purchased and did not check my waist size. It's a beautiful, ruffly old school cotton skirt with adorable heart lace, subtle striping in the fabric, and a built-in petticoat. The color is most accurate in the images against the door, but it is a brigher, more pastel/less sage-y mint.  I adore it but will never be able to wear it. </3

I would call this a 24-26" waist, though it could stretch to 27". 

I'm only looking to get back what I put into it.
