Angelic Pretty adorable low waist chocolate themed jumperskirt.

This dress does have shirring all the way down to the skirt in the back which makes it fairly accommodating size wise.
It also includes the brooch piece with the ribbon and Musee du Chocolat banner, as well as a detachable bow clip which works great on a headband as a hairpiece too

I purchased this used and only worse it once, it just doesn't fit with my typical style.

I would say max bust is around 37 inches and max waist is around 32 inches
