Super gorgeous chiffon dress with elbow length sleeves, a back zip, and waist ties. Extremely cute just not my size!

Bust: 91cm
Waist: 99cm
Length: 89cm (not sure if this includes the lace trim which is about 3 inches/6cm long)
My own measurement: underbust: 90cm
This is an empire waist dress so there is lots of room at the waist, but the underbust is fairly high and the bodice is shorter than a typical normal waist op.
Has one pocket as well!
