This listing is for the Milky Planet Headbow (Headband) from Angelic Pretty in blue (NOT saxe blue). This headbow is from the 2023 re-release and features bright rainbows and ice cream against a blue background. I bought it secondhand on Mercari in new (or like new) condition.

Details:

The item is in NEW condition without the original tags. The original owner stated that it was never worn, and I have never taken it out of the plastic bag it came with.
The color is blue, which is not to be mistaken with the saxe blue version.
