Milky Cross Wrist Cuffs in Navy by Angelic Pretty. They still have the tag and I have never worn them or taken them out of the plastic. The previous owner said she couldn't remember ever wearing them and still had the tags but not attached and taped the tags to the bag. They look brand new to me.
