❤ Description of the condition: Overall good condition given it's age (over a decade old item). There a few very minor discolorations (difficult to photograph) on the velvet bow and one marking that I see on the ribbon. There is a feeling of wear, but I believe it's got plenty of life left! I tried to take many details photos for you to decide the condition, please review them. I've uploaded higher resolution shots here.
❤ History: This item came in a set I bought through a Japanese shopping service. I am also a fan of Milky-chan but there were parts of the set that I don't want so I am listing them here. :)
