In great condition especially for it's age! Comes with detachable  waist ties and halter straps. 

There is a bit of slight wear on the sleeves, some lose threads and stray cat hairs (which I'll try and remove using fabric roller - my cat wasn't allowed to venture in to my wardrobe, however there are a few hairs from him, but the dress is in good shape and I will re wash again to get hairs off further before selling. 

According to Lolibrary link, the OP's measurements are: Bust 87cm & waist  69cm's which is not correct. The OP has shirring on the back which helps with measurements for plus size of up to 110cm bust x 95cm waist (which are my measurements). So I can definitely say it's plus size friendly how ever the skeeves are suited for smaller arms. There's enough elastic tp stretch in both arms and bust, but for comfort fit I'd recommend 100cm bust 90cm waist. 

Overal dress is in wonderful condition, print is vibrant and crisp. I believe it has lots of years left on it and is a cute versatile op to wear more casually too. Fully lined and a built in peticoat helps it poof up even when wearing it without an added peti! 

I'd love to see it go to a new home.. some one who'll wear it more than I can. No matching headbow but it's easy to coord with straw hats, berets, single coloured kcs etc..
