This is Milkyberry JSK purchased at Premium ^^. It's being kept after washing twice.
I don't see a big secondhand feeling, but it's very old (released in 2010), so it feels secondhand.k.a.
Plus, there's a stain on the back of the clothes and it's erased (it's really fine and it's hard to get on camera).

Size mark says 87cm around the chest, but after wearing it, it stretches to 95cm.
back side is made of shirring, so you can wear more than that.
