I bought this secondhand from Japan. Unfortunately, it did not come with the pink heart clip. The bodice is made from stretchy t-shirt material, but the collar and cuffs are made from something with less give, probably cotton. AP's photos are the one's accurate to the color, forgive my terrible lighting. 

The measurements from Lolibrary are accurate, but they probably have a bit more give on account of the stretch of the material:

Bust: about 82cm
Length: about 52cm
Waist: about 74cm
Cuff: About 36cm
Sleeve Length: about 31cm
