Dress is in great condition. Only sign of wear is on the trim of the collar and tie where it's gotten a bit fuzzy and separated. It's not really noticable though. When I purchased the dress from the Japanese market it was already like that.
The waist tie button that's on the zipper side needs to be re secured. This button tends to get loose because it also holds the belt piece with the buckle which is quite heavy. I have the same issue on my navy version of this series.
