The second owner?? Never worn by me, just tried on and found issue.

Did not notice until I tried it on that shirring on the dress is stretched out. Noticed that dress was washed but seems not on gentle wash. So think the elastic in dress gave out to this reason.Thus, the shirring is not able to conform. Print seems a little bit faded to me, otherwise, still cute.

The waist elastic also is worn out, the dress fits very loosely and does not conform. Was going to alter it and replace the shirring along with the waist elastic, but I simply do not have time. Otherwise, I would keep this dress.
