I got this plate as a bonus for buying the Melty Royal Chocolate set at the Angelic Pretty in Yokohama. I've kept it in the box they gave it to me in (simple white box, not pictured but will be included) and haven't used it, so it's still brand new. It's the perfect size for displaying jewelry or even serving treats on if you choose to, and a lovely piece for any chocolate lover. :) This was a novelty/bonus item, so there is no lolibrary page for it.
