Condition + information:
The chiffon is in great condition.
I moved the clip forward to make more room, however it left a bit of fraying which may be fixed or hidden if you move back the clip. You can easily move the clip back to it's original position if you wish.
This skirt is a sample skirt (there isn't anything wrong with the skirt) and I believe it is the exact same one that they used for the original 2013 release stock photos (the stock photo used for this listing).
