No rips/stains/etc, will be dry cleaned before it's sent to you (unless otherwise requested). - Price includes international shipping and all Paypal fees. - I do have pets (a dog and 2 cats) who don't go near my lolita pieces, and the dress will be lint rolled before mailing, but people will severe allergies should be cautious. - No returns, please be sure to check the measurements before you buy! I'd say the stock measurements are accurate, based on measuring the dress flat.
