This is a Angelic Pretty Marshmallow Bunny Skirt, it was a very popular print back in the day! I am the second owner, This skirt is in overall good condition for it's age. The print is still crisp and bright although it does have a some discoloration on the waist ties and a 1 button (it's not peeling, the pearl finish has a discolored dot). Also, my hanger seems to have left 2 stains on the waist band. It's a very pretty skirt just doesn't fit me so I am selling it.
