This is the marine border jsk by Angelic Pretty in black, red and white.  This comfy and cute jsk has been a couple of times but is ready for a new home.  As it is rather short, I would often wear it with bloomers peaking out on purpose, or just casually with above-the-knee shorts visible.

PLEASE NOTE:  As this jsk sits rather high waisted and is very short, I sewed in a second lining of white cotton and a layer of tulle to provide a sort of built-in-petticoat to make it easier to wear.

The item fits me at my measurements which are as follows
Bust: 34"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 36"
