Shipping to the UK with tracking will be $60 since the coat is so heavy, and I prefer not to ship internationally without tracking. Regarding customs, though, I think I only need to declare the price of the item not including shipping, unless there's something specific to the UK I'm unaware of.

Hi, thankyou for the reply! It's been a thing in the past that UK customs have looked at the shipping price on the parcel and added that to the value declared to determine whether its gone over the threshold. We're still in a slight twilight zone with Brexit and the rules are not super clear - not your problem though, don't worry! But it does mean I'm being more cautious with my online purchasing and the total costs. Thank you :)

Oh I had no idea! That's good to know for future reference. I can reduce the value on the customs form if that helps, but keep the accurate value on the invoice in case there are any issues that need to be resolved through PayPal.
