I’m the second owner (I’ve worn it only twice)

Fits pretty loose on me; the shirring is not as tight as it could be, but still has some pull to it so I’m listing as “plus size friendly”

All the original buttons and stars are still on the dress

 

Dress needs to be dry cleaned.

The only spot I can see is the one I pointed out, but can be cleaned (last pic)

Navy has lost its luster
