Do you know how large the arm cuffs stretch to, and if it'd happen to fit a 46 inch bust? Thank you!!

For the arm:
Flat they are about 6in but they stretch to about 8.5 in flat.
For the bust:
So the manufacturer says 110cm (which is 43 and change) I’d say you can probably squeeze it out a lil further than that but I’m not sure if it will go to 46
