Same username as here. Washable garments will have been cleaned in a garment bag on gentle using a fragrance-free detergent. Transit can and often does result in wrinkled garments so please consider this when providing feedback. I do my best to ensure items arrive in pristine condition but I cannot control what happens once it leaves my hands. If you want your items dry cleaned prior to receipt you assume responsibility for the cost of the service. I will place this price on the invoice post-cleaning. This is non-negotiable. I do not control dry cleaning service rates and they are very high locally, please bear this in mind. I will happily include photos via email to confirm the costs of any of this.
