Never worn by me (tried on once), bought it in a bulk of other things I liked and got this as well. Its cute, but it just doesn't look good on me Very nice condition of JSK. Socks and bag has a little bit of wear on the edges.
Built in tulle petticoat makes it extra poofy when you add another petti!

Owner bust: ~84-92
Owner waist: ~72-78
These are quite accurate, though if you are above or below let me know as I can double check for you. Will definitely go smaller as it has waist ties and corset lacing
