This is the Luminous Bow Tie blouse in navy by Angelic Pretty. The bow tie around the neck is held on by thread belt loops in the back of the collar and so can be removed. I’ve attempted to show this in the last picture. The fabric is stretchy; the bust and waist stretch well above the listed measurements but the cuffs do not stretch, so please be aware of that when looking at the measurements. I don’t know what the max bust /waist are, but I did not have trouble over my 100cm bust and 82cm waist

Yes ! Without even stretching the fabric the waist goes up to 91cm
