Items come from a smoke free home, but I do own cats. There is no size listed but by my measurements it seems to fit up to a 32 inch to 34 inch bust nicely on my dress from (it's never been tried on since there is no shirring I know I wouldn't fit me.) ...I wouldn't recommend any larger as it may cause button gaps, or significantly smaller as there is no shirring to taper it in unless you wanted it tailored.
