Not new but in very good condition of use : I inspected it and didn't saw any stains, tears, scratches... Just wrinkled from storage.
Please note that the blouse had been a little modified : It was a little tight for me, so to keep it well closed, I sew 3 little popper/fastener snaps between the buttons that can easily be removed with little scissors.
