I would not recommend this for someone whose bust is exactly 98, as it doesn't fit my 98cm bust. I'm 5'9" and this hits me at a nice height above the knee.
Selling as this unfortunately doesn't fit my wardrobe. It's all in the wine colourway, I just couldn't find a photo of the star pouch that wasn't lavender. I took out the corset lacing to try it on, but I will send it along with the dress, you just need to put it back in.
