Please don't be afraid to ask :) -I am open to lower offers on auctions; however, I generally won't accept offers on auction items unless the auction has ended without bids. -I can almost always combine shipping for the purchase of multiple items for free, or for a reduced price. -DO NOT request a discount after you purchase an item. We must agree upon a discount before your purchase. If you ask for a discount after purchase and then back out of the sale, I will leave you negative feedback. Trades -I am NOT interested in trades of any sort at this time. Deposits are not refundable. Payment Plans -If you need a payment plan, please message me BEFORE buying. I'm usually very open to payment plans :) But I will not accommodate you with a payment plan if you message me after a purchase. -Normally I do not offer payment plans on items that cost less than $100, but I may be willing to make exceptions- please ask first. -Generally, I ask for a 25% deposit on all items and ask that you pay the rest within 4 weeks. The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind or back out of the sale for any reason. Shipping -In order to protect myself as a seller, and to ensure you receive your items, I only ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. This includes international shipments, and please note that shipment prices for international buyers generally start at around $35 for accessories and $65 for main pieces. -I cannot mark down packages for customs purposes. In order to maintain my seller protection through PayPal, I must insure items for their full value- which means I must provide the full purchase price for customs purposes. -When calculating shipping, I give you the lowest possible price I can get from the post office. If I ever miscalculate and charge too much, I will refund you the difference. -If I provide too low of a price quote for shipping, I may request that you make up the difference before I mail out your item. -I usually ship twice per week on Wednesday and Saturday. I will give you an estimate of the expected date of shipment when you purchase. -If you need an item quickly for a special event, please let me know before purchasing! Due to my work schedule, I'm not always able to accommodate special shipping requests, and I cannot guarantee a shipment date unless we discuss it in advance. Refunds and Returns -I do not offer refunds or returns if you do not like an item or don't like the way it looks on you. If you are uncertain an item will fit you, please ask me before purchasing and I will do my best to help! For reference, I provide garment measurements- which are generally larger than suggested body measurements!- and my dress form has a 33" bust and a 25" waist. I generally suggest being 1"/2cm under the listed measurements for best fit, and I try to note in listings when items have small armscyes/sleeves or other fit issues you might not expect. Please ask me questions about an item's fit if you are right at the maximum measurements so I can help you evaluate whether it would be a good fit! I want to give you as much honest information as I can about an item's fit before you purchase, even if that means I miss out on a sale. -I offer refunds if the garment measurements are +/- 1" from the measurements I provide in the listing. I will provide you with funds to cover the cost of tracked return shipping, and upon receipt of the item in its original condition I will provide a full refund of your purchase price. I DO NOT offer refunds if the item has been damaged or otherwise is not in the same condition as when it was sold. -I offer refunds if I failed to disclose damages or flaws. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer (1) a partial refund to cover the cost of cleaning/repairs, (2) a partial refund to account for reduced item value, (3) a full refund, including the cost of tracked return shipping, or (4) some other solution that we both agree is fair under the circumstances. -I only offer refunds for damages or measurement issues if you message me within one week of the item arriving to you (as shown by tracking). Please message me promptly if you notice an issue with one of your items! -I will offer a refund if your item is damaged in transit. The amount of the refund will depend on the nature of the damage and the amount I can obtain via a USPS insurance claim, but I will do everything I can to maximize your insurance recovery! Please note refunds for items damaged in transit might take a little longer, because I will get the refund for you via the USPS insurance claim process and this can take 30-60 days (depending on circumstances). -I can only offer refunds for items damaged in transit for 60 days after your items have been mailed out (as shown by tracking). Please message me as soon as possible if your item has been damaged in transit! Other Notes -I will happily provide additional photos and measurements upon request. -All items have been gently hand washed and steamed, if worn. Items that are new and unworn will be steamed before mailing. -I live with two cats. I store all items in a closet where they are not allowed. I do my best to clean all items before mailing, but the reality is that all clothing in my home may have a small amount of pet dander or hair that I miss. Please let me know if you suffer severe pet allergies. For a small additional fee, I will arrange to have the item professionally cleaned to remove all allergens, and I will package the item in a pet-free environment to eliminate the risk of allergen contamination.
