Lovely old school AP JSK in great condition. Waist ties are not detachable. Due to the tag and the difference in ruffle/lace overlap from the 2004 release of AP's Layered Lace Frill JSK, I'm pretty sure this is the 2005 re-release w/ no pictures on LM.
Comfortable fits up to 100cm bust & 85cm waist, but I wouldn't push it much further.
My household contains a cat and two bunnies; I try to keep them away from the clothes & shoes. Please be careful if you have serious allergies - I don't guarantee that anything is pet dander free.
