it's the same for all europeen country => it”s 13,5€ whithout track and 16,50€ whit track
but i dont know for the insurance because it don"t speak for parcels outside Belgium

Well I guess if it has tracking it should have insurance too :)
Does the dress has any other staons then the stain in the frontbow?
