Despite being NWOT, this bag is damaged from storage. The fate of this bag is typical for AP bags produced in this era, so I'll save the whole spiel about polyurethane. I am the first owner. During its lifetime, it has lived in a sealed bag. (Why? Because I have the organizational prowess and memory of a goldfish and did not even remember I owned this bag 😭). Although I will try to enumerate the damages in text, please see all the photos to make your judgment:
Bottom of the bag: Fine, some bubbles that might become problematic if not sealed/treated
Front of the bag: Fine, except for some mild imprints. Some parts of the main bow also look a little bubbly, despite not being torn yet
Sides of the bag: Fine, in similar condition as the bottom.
Edges of the bag: Quite a bit of scuffs all round. They're weak.
Back of the bag: Fine, minor indentations. One of the sides/edges on the right hand side (from the POV of the wearer) has frayed and it is visible in the back
Straps of the bag: The most damaged element. Despite never having been released from the cardboard holding it together, it's obviously peeling and weak.
Zipper: Though the heart is fine, the chain has tarnished greatly, which caused black stains / spots on either side of the bag and somewhat on the beginnings of the straps.
Inside: It's never seen the light of day so... I'm going to guess, perfect.
