I bought it used a while ago from another user but never could fit in it! So it has been stored in a closet with my other dresses, away from light. I also don't smoke but I do have a cat, but he can't go in my closet and everything is protected in storage bags!
As for the skirt itself, it has a few stains that are shown in the pictures. The first one is yellowy just up of the jelly, the second looks like a crease stain, also yellow, then a small spot up of another jelly and there are finally some more inside. I couldn't find anything else. I also couldn't compare the blue color with others, so it is possible that the color faded! So please take that into account! The area close to waist also seems a bit yellowy.
I added pictures in different lightnings so you can see the brightness of the color and judge for yourself! First is outside in cloudy weather, middles are inside with neons, and last one is in sunlight. I also tried to wash the yellow stains up the jelly, the crease and the inside, but the result was unsuccessful.
Lastly, the glitter is still there! :)
As for the sizing, Lolibrary doesn't have this item (the link is broken) so I'd say it's pretty small. From left to right side at the waist is about 14 inches, length is 15 inches (16 with lace).
