Angelic Pretty Jewelry Jelly OP in Mint. It still has the glitter intact!
So I believe I am the second owner of this dress, but I didn't even try it on. It does have a small stain on the waist bow- I treated it when I got the dress and it's alot more faded than it had been, but it still visible up close. Washing it again with stain stick hopefully would do the trick. Also, it did not come to me with the neck ties.
Other than that the dress is still in lovely condition!
