This blouse is a major throwback, check the tag!  This blouse was very popular when I was first getting started in the fashion in around 2007-08 and that's when Jewelry Jabot was made!  There is no shirring in this blouse and it's standard AP sizing for the time period.

My favorite part are the jewels on the removable jabot!  I wish they would still make blouses like this!

Condition:  Very good for its age.  Despite it being an old piece it feels new.  There is a very slight discoloration on the inside collar that I had trouble photographing, overall the piece looks really good.
