I just bought this secondhand from Yahoo!Japan Auctions and I'm selling it because I just don't like how it looks on me. This OP is made of velvet and tulle lace. There are no stains or any major problems with this dress that I can see. However, I did buy this dress second hand so it has some wrinkling on the ribbons and waist ties and has some feeling of use. The ribbons that you can tie around your neck are sewn into the dress and are not removable. The bow and jabot piece are two separate pieces and are removable from the dress. So you can wear just the bow on the dress or just the jabot on the dress. It has a side zipper that starts from the middle of the skirt to under the arm hole. The arm holes have elastic sewn into it and can expand up to 18 inches, but I don't recommend you buying this dress if your upper arm measures exactly 18 inches. In general I would not recommend buying this dress if you fit it's max measurements as velvet is a thicker material and that makes it harder for the shirring to expand to it's full measurements.

Arm hole: 13 to 18 inches (33 to 45 cm)
Waist: 28 to 34 inches (71 to 86 cm)
