I am the second owner of this dress. I purchased it NWT and have worn it at least 10 times myself. The dress is overall in good condition but it has a 'worn' feel to it - the black on the print is slightly faded. Overall this dress is in good condition and great for casual wear, and very comfortable! Includes waist ties and the 2 pin-on bows that were originally sold with the dress.
