plus size blouse with detachable sleeves and jabot

I am the third owner of the shirt, It just arrived today (9-17-2016) and I guess my shoulders are broader than I realized.
Whilst the measurements given are suitable for plus size, keep in mind the shoulders are still 35cm, so it's not suitable for broad shoulders.
This blouse includes the detachable jabot and detachable sleeves.

It did still fit my bust though at 104 cm

Very well taken care of, no rips, no stains, no discoloration. I can provide more pictures if wanted!
