There’s no tag but it hasn’t been used. I got it from the worlds worst shopping service who I’d asked to buy the set, but when the dress was out, they went ahead and bought just the headbow then charged me the PayPal fee for the whole transaction. 

I get angry just looking at it lol so I’m selling it.
