I only tried on this JSK once, and although I really love the design, it's just a little too tight for me. I'm at least the third owner, but the condition is excellent. It also comes with the waist ties.
The measurements from the previous Lace Market listing and the Lolibrary are:
Bust: about 90～100cm (although I'd say it's closer to 90cm)
Waist: about 77～87cm (again, here I would say closer to 80cm)
Length: about 88cm + Lace 3cm
