I would say up to US women's large (size 14). It was a bit snug in the chest for me with a 39in (99cm) bust, which also caused it to come up a little higher on my hips than intended, but it should be fine under a jumperskirt or with a skirt. It is also flared at the hips. I've taken the measurements flat and since it's cotton it does offer a bit of stretch.
Flat Measurements:
Bust: 15.5in (39.37cm)
Waist: 14in (35.56cm)
Hips:18in (45.72cm)
Length (shoulder to bottom): 22.5in (57.15cm)
Sleeve Width: 5.5in (14cm)
Sleeve Length:22.75in (57.8cm)
