I'm not sure the exact name of this dress, its an older OP, but I **think** it's the

Polka Dot Scallop Heart Pocket OP

I purchased it from ClosetChild directly and then had it professionally altered using the waist ties to expand the bodice so it'd be more comfortable.
The back is fully shirred as well! The panels added at the side seam match perfectly and are fully serged etc. The sleeves (?) are also widened and no longer elastic/puffy and still look super cute. I wore it once and then have basically been leaving lolita so it needs a new home. :)

It has neck straps with heart ends, heart pockets, bows, lace, and is quite heavy! 

I have the detachable bow also! I'll tuck that in when I ship the dress.

Color- Black with white polka dots.

Condition- Ready to wear, clean, altered as stated above.

Size- Plus size
Bust fits- 38-46"
Waist- 36-42"
Length- 31" (approx, not sure if I got it exactly)
