I believe this is a 2008 release (there are a lot of similar releases from previous years as well)
good used condition. the elastic in the straps appears to be in good shape, that is often an issue in older pieces

measurements according to Lolibrary
bust: approx 90cm
waist: approx 70cm
length: approx 86cm
there is some shirring, but I believe those to be the max measurements 
for reference, my mannequin measurements are bust: 88cm & waist: 66cm
