Angelic Pretty Heart Charm Wrist Cuffs in Sax

These adorable wrist cuffs are perfect to fancify any coordinate. They come in a beautiful deep sax blue. The lace is extremely soft and is double scalloped. The top layer has a twirling heart pattern, and the bottom is just plain scalloped. The wrist cuffs are a stretchy elastic and can fit a variety of wrists.
