Headdress has the old style tag so I think it is from about 2001.
It has some stiff material inside so it holds its shape more than the typical headdress.
One of the ribbon ties has a melted part from ironing. It's not too visible but the ribbon does have a rough texture there. The ends of the ribbons also have fray check on them which is a bit noticeable.
Measures about 24 x 11.5 cm.
