Purchased second hand. The waist ties have some slightly fraying, but it is minor. The same type of fraying also exists on the waistband near where the detachable bow was pinned. This is very hard to see, but I tried to photograph it. There also appears to be a snag, I honestly cannot tell because of the texture of the fabric, but I'm calling it out. The print itself is vibrant and super adorable. Includes waist ties and detachable ribbon.
