AP Gradation Ruffle OP, used in good condition, petite/short length, minor stain, has pockets, detachable waist ties.

I bought this OP secondhand, but it does not fit me. I've only tried it on. It is in good condition. It has one tiny small stain, see picture, from the previous owner. There are two pockets and the waist ties are detachable. It has a super cute peter pan collar, the material is super soft and it is perfect for any sweet lolita. I would say this would fit someone petite.
