For sale are Angelic Pretty Going Out Ribbon OTKs in Navy in Like New condition. I believe they have been worn, but they feel as if they have not. The print on the soles is still clear and there is no stretching of the print. They feel clean but I am not certain if they have been laundered. These may be in NWOT condition, but as they came to me without the metal clasp, I cannot be sure of this.
